Does this guy like me?

ok so over the past weekend i went to Sadie's with this Truly awesome Amazing guy that i really liked (and still like!!!) and on monday since it was valentines day neither of us wished each other happy V-day and yet both of his parents approve of me, his older brother thinks im awesome and not your typical high school las vegas blonde stereotypical trailer trash. i know he likes me and i like him but there has been this rumor going around (3 days and already life is like complicated) that i had done more than i said that i actually did with him ( both of us are shy so we didn't even kiss only hugged people!!!) and the source of this rumor really has stemmed from this one guy in my biology cl that i have to sit next to that is known as the high school player is 15 and DOES EVERYTHING!!!!! and that is really gross that i don't like at all what so ever! i know he likes me and he calls me princess and i really hate him but now there are all sorts of rumors about me and the guy i like and both of us all coming fromm him!!!! i really like this guy and i know he likes me so what can i do??? is it really just as simple as sayingg "screw the gvine of rumors, i like you would you like to go out some time??" i mean there really is undeniablele chemistry between us so please anything would help :) thank you and i'm sorry that its so long!!1
